The text, design, graphics and code on this site belong to Kairos Tech or its licensors. You may view and share links to pages. Please ask us before you copy or reuse anything else.
Project pages
Project pages describe work we have designed and built. Product names and marks shown there belong to their owners. Ownership of work done for a client is set out in the written agreement for that project.
No offer until agreed
Information on this site, and any estimate we discuss, is general and is not a binding offer. A project starts only when both sides agree to a written scope and terms.
Confidentiality
Project details you share with us are treated as confidential and used only to assess and carry out the work discussed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
No warranty and liability
The site is provided "as is", and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Kairos Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Links
The site links to other websites, such as our social profiles and project videos. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new text here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Quetta have jurisdiction. Questions go to contact@kairos-pk.com.
