Privacy policy
In short: we collect only what you send us through the contact form, plus basic technical data from our host. We use it to reply and to run the project. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising or tracking scripts.
Who we are
Kairos Tech is a software studio at Mountain View Tech Park (MVTP), Mariabad, Quetta, Balochistan 87300, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at contact@kairos-pk.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, subject, message, and your phone number if you add it. We also record which page or button opened the form. A hidden spam-trap field helps us filter out bots. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive what you send.
Technical data
Our host, Netlify, may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Your browser may store your light or dark theme choice on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Project pages may embed videos from YouTube, which can set its own cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your message, discuss and plan your project, and keep records of our conversations. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
We process your information because you asked us to get in touch, and to take steps you request before a project starts. We also have a legitimate interest in running our studio and keeping the site secure. If we ever rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who receives it
We share information only with the services that help us run the site and answer you: Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions and may filter them for spam, and our email provider. They process it on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as the work and our legal obligations need.
Transfers outside Pakistan
Our service providers may store and process information in other countries, including the United States. By contacting us you understand that your message may be handled there. We choose providers that protect the information they hold.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to contact@kairos-pk.com. We will reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will post the new text here and update the effective date. Questions about privacy go to contact@kairos-pk.com. This site is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
