Technology Consulting

We review your idea or existing system and recommend what is worth building. You get a plan with priorities, costs and risks that you can take anywhere.

What we review

  • Your idea, and whether it is feasible to build
  • Your existing software, audited for what to keep and what to change
  • Your path to modernization and migration
  • The scope, timeline and budget of the work ahead
  • The priorities and risks that decide what to build first

When it is the right choice

Consulting is a good fit when you have a goal but no plan yet. Choose it before you commit to a build, when the cost of a wrong turn is highest. It fits a new idea you want tested, or older software you want to modernize or move to new systems.

It also fits companies that are unsure whether to rebuild or repair, and teams that already have developers. The plan works with any team, so the decision stays in your hands.

If you want us to build it, we can, and the plan becomes our starting point. If you do not, the plan still stands on its own.

Common questions

What do we receive?

You receive a written plan with priorities, costs and risks that you can take anywhere. It also includes an estimate of scope, timeline and budget, so you can compare options. Bring whatever you have, from a sketch to a running system.

Can you review software we already have?

Yes. We audit existing software and recommend what to keep, what to change and how to modernize or migrate it. You get the findings in writing, with the reasons behind each one. We start by asking what the software does today, who relies on it and what you want it to do next.

Can you tell us whether our idea is feasible?

Yes. We review the idea and recommend whether it is worth building, and in what order. We look at who the idea is for, what it needs to do and what it would cost to build. If the answer is no, we tell you that plainly and explain why.

Do we have to hire you to build it?

No. The plan works with any team, so you decide who builds it, whether that is us, your own staff or another studio. If you choose us, the plan becomes our starting point.

Bring the idea or the system you want reviewed. We will tell you what we recommend, and why, in writing.
