Dashboard

A comprehensive analytics dashboard with 7 dedicated tabs — giving you a complete view of every aspect of your business from a single screen.

Overview

The Dashboard is the administrative nerve center of Agora. It provides real-time analytics organized into 7 tabbed views, each laser-focused on a different area of your business. Rather than forcing you to dig through multiple menus to find critical data, Agora aggregates thousands of data points into beautiful, actionable visualizations immediately after you log in.

Every analytics tab follows a consistent 4-tier progressive loading pattern:

  1. Quick Stats (Tier 1) — Key metric cards load instantly, giving you top-level pulse checks.
  2. Summaries (Tier 2) — High-level charts and summary tables load next.
  3. Trends (Tier 3) — Deep historical trend charts render to show trajectory.
  4. Deep Analytics (Tier 4) — Heavy analytics, such as top N lists and granular breakdowns, load asynchronously in the background.

Sales Analytics

The Sales Analytics tab provides a massive competitive advantage by breaking down exactly what is selling, when, and to whom.

At the top, the Quick Stats instantly reveal your Total Sales, Total Transactions, Average Invoice Value, and Total Returns. This gives managers an immediate sense of daily performance compared to historical benchmarks.

Moving deeper, the dashboard reveals period comparisons, contrasting current performance with the previous month or quarter. The interactive line charts map daily and weekly sales volume, allowing you to instantly identify peak trading hours or seasonal spikes.

Further down the page, Agora provides Deep Analytics. This isn't just basic data—it's a multi-dimensional breakdown. You can see your Top Selling Products sorted by sheer revenue and by volume moved. This helps distinguish high-margin items from fast-moving commodities.

Finally, the sales tab breaks down payment methods (Cash, Credit, Split Payments) and maps sales against time of day and day of the week, enabling precision scheduling for your workforce.

Financial Overview

Switching to the Financial Overview tab shifts the focus from gross revenue to actual fiscal health.

This section begins with the core Quick Stats: Revenue, Expenses, Net Profit/Loss, and your total aggregated Cash Balance.

The primary value of this tab lies in the Mini Income Statement. Instead of waiting for the end of the month to run a massive General Ledger report, the Dashboard provides a compact, real-time Profit and Loss (P&L) statement. You can see a live breakdown of expenses visualized as a beautiful pie chart, allowing for instant identification of budget overruns in specific expense categories.

The Cash Flow Summary tracks inflows versus outflows, while the overarching trend line charts plot Revenue against Expenses over your custom selected date range.

Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (AR / AP)

Cash flow is the lifeblood of any business, and the AR/AP tab ensures you are never caught off guard by unpaid invoices or looming debts.

The interface highlights quick stats for total outstanding Receivables and Payables. Crucially, it includes an Aging Analysis visualization. This breaks down outstanding debts into aging buckets (e.g., 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 90+ days), instantly highlighting critical accounts that require immediate collection efforts.

The deep analytics in this tab list the Top Debtor and Top Creditor accounts. You can track collection and payment trends over time, ensuring that the gap between making a sale and actually receiving the cash remains as tight as possible.

Procurement

The Procurement tab provides complete visibility into your purchasing behavior and vendor relationships.

It highlights total Purchase volume stats and compares them against previous periods to track spending trajectory. By analyzing procurement cost trends, purchasing managers can identify if the cost of goods sold (COGS) is trending upwards, allowing them to proactively renegotiate terms with vendors or adjust retail pricing.

The vendor analysis section allows you to see exactly which suppliers you rely on most heavily, distributing risk across your supply chain.

Inventory Health

Poor inventory management destroys margins. The Inventory Health tab acts as an automated auditor for your stockrooms and warehouses.

It provides a high-level view of your Total SKUs and the total aggregate capital tied up in Stock Value. More importantly, it features an aggressive Low Stock Alerts system that aggregates items falling below their minimum threshold parameters.

The Deep Analytics in this tab go beyond simple counting. The Dead Stock Analysis identifies products that have been sitting on shelves without movement for extensive periods, allowing you to liquidate them to free up capital. Stock levels are visualized by category, highlighting where your business is over or under-invested.

HR & Payroll

Managing human capital efficiently is simplified through the HR & Payroll tab.

Quick stats show the active Employee count and the Total Payroll cost for the selected period.

The interactive charts map out salary by pay cycle, instantly visualizing the financial burden of upcoming payroll runs. The salary components breakdown separates base pay from commissions, overtime, and bonuses.

Administrators can view Top Earners, pending accruals, and overarching payroll trends to ensure staffing costs remain aligned with revenue growth.

Real-World Use Cases

  • Daily Standup Briefing: A store manager reviewing the Sales Analytics Quick Stats every morning to set daily targets for the sales team.
  • End-of-Month Financial Review: The finance team utilizing the Financial Overview mini P&L to quickly identify budget overruns without generating full ledger reports.
  • Dead Stock Liquidation: An inventory manager using the Dead Stock Analysis on the Inventory Health tab to identify aging items for a weekend clearance sale.
  • Receivables Collection: The accounts team using the AR/AP Aging Analysis to prioritize calls to clients whose debts are in the 90+ days overdue bucket.

Customer & Vendor Tracking

The final tab, Customer & Vendor, is essentially a lightweight, heavily optimized CRM directly inside the dashboard.

It tracks aggregate Account stats and summarizes customer and vendor activity.

You can view transaction trends isolated specifically to account-based interactions rather than anonymous walk-in traffic. The deep analytics highlight top accounts, revealing exactly which B2B clients or VIP customers are driving the highest lifetime value for the business.
