One-Click Database Backup
Creating a backup generates a complete, compressed snapshot of your entire system — including all transactions, inventory levels, user logs, and configuration settings.
The Backup Process:
- Navigate to Administration → Backup & Restore.
- Click the Create Backup button.
- The system will compile the database and provide a timestamped download link.
- Recommendation: Store backups on an external drive or secure cloud storage, not just on the local computer.
Safety-First Restoration
If you ever need to roll back your data or move to a new computer, the Restore tool guided process ensures zero data corruption.
The Restore Process:
- Select the backup file from your storage.
- Agora will display Backup Details (creation date, file size, system version) before proceeding.
- Important: Restoring a database completely overwrites the current data. The system requires an explicit confirmation before starting the process.

- Daily Data Safety: A manager creates a manual backup every evening at closing time to ensure that even if the computer fails overnight, the day's sales data is safely stored on a USB drive.
